Functional principle
Industrial POWERISE® is based on an electro-mechanical drive system that automates and precisely controls linear movements. An integrated electric motor drives a piston rod via a spindle system, which generates extension and retraction movements. This technology enables controlled lifting, lowering, opening, closing and holding - even with heavy loads. Sensors and control electronics ensure millimeter-precise positioning, smooth movement sequences and maximum repeat accuracy. As an option, the system can be combined with gas springs to create passive load compensation - for greater energy efficiency, safety and convenience, even in the event of a power failure.
