HAHN’s Sliding Door Damper is an innovative spring-damper element for weights ranging from 40 to 400 kg, which combines two gas springs and an oil damper in one component. The system combines three different functions: cushioned docking, degressive braking and gentle closing. The SDD ensures a harmonious motion sequence of doors, windows and other heavy masses to be moved in a linear direction as well as gentle braking to the defined end position.
