Steel

V2A

V4A

Choose between steel and stainless steel here. The two stainless steel variants V2A and V4A differ primarily in their composition. V2A stainless steel is more sensitive to chlorides and acids, which can lead to (localized) corrosion. Stainless steel V4A, on the other hand, offers greater corrosion and environmental resistance due to its special composition, especially in aggressive environments such as salty areas.

Gas springs made from V4A stainless steel are also characterized by their particularly high quality. They are equipped with a grease chamber that ensures even lubrication of the gas spring seal in every position and have a wiper that wipes dirt off the rod so that it cannot penetrate the gas spring.

Please select the desired number of dampers here. As a rule, we recommend the use of two dampers - one on each side of the flap. Alternatively, it is also possible to use only one damper, although in some cases this can lead to the flap warping or not closing completely at the fixing point. To avoid this, the damper should be fitted in the middle of the flap.
