For heavy hatches with a large opening angle HAHN have developed a special double-stroke gas spring which is characterised by a low start and end force. These gas springs have 2 differently filled pressure tubes and can therefore cover 2 different force ranges. The compression of the spring causes a jumping progression, which adjusts much better to the curve of the opening and closing hatch.
